Analysis
Discussing the requirements of the software you want WPG S.R.L. to create and/or maintain. WPG S.R.L. will make a detailed quote describing the amount of time we think is needed to fulfill your requirements successfully.
Planning
Defining a plan that describes how and when (parts of the) project become available to you or your organization.
Contract
After both parties agree over the requirements, plan, work and payment, a contract will be created.
Start of the project
When both parties have a signed copy of this contract, the project initiates.
